Enjoy Canada's winter !

Winters are long in Canada so it is important to take advanage of activities and festivals with one of our custom built itineraries to Ottawa or Quebec City . Visiting Quebec City during the Winter Carnival is an excellent way to experience francophone culture while participating in the many activities available, such as skiing, skating, tobogganing/tubing, snowshoeing or even dog sledding. The Winter Carnival in Quebec usually runs during the first two weeks of February.

Ottawa's Winterlude festival is also an excellent destination to enjoy the winter with your students. Marvel at the ice sculptures and snow carvings, skate along the Rideau canal and enjoy the world's biggest snow playground - the Snowflake Kingdom. Ottawa's Winderlude Festival also runs in the first couple of weeks February every year.

Did You Know ?

The Quebec Winter Carnival is the largest winter carnival in the world today, and is third on the List of Top Carnivals after the famous carnivals in Rio and New Orleans
