CCTL was founded as Chapman Cultural Tours Ltd in 2000. Since the company's inception our philosophy of business has been to provide a high value travel experience in escorted group travel to elementary, secondary and post-secondary school groups.

Our team of travel professionals consists of former educators and career travel executives with over 130 years of collective experience in the industry. CCTL is registered as a travel agency under the Ontario Travel Act with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, TICO.

We are members in good standing of the Ontario Motor Coach Association, OMCA and The Student Youth Travel Association, SYTA.

As a smaller company we can remain flexible and offer service on a personal level that recognizes the unique characteristics of student group travel and the dedication of those teacher organizers whose precious hours of coordination we understand and respect.
