All of our escorted group tours are custom designed and priced according to the particular requirements and budget of each school. As a smaller company we can remain flexible and offer service on a personal level that recognizes the unique characteristics of student group travel and the dedication of those teacher organizers whose precious hours of coordination we understand and respect.

CCTL selects suppliers of transportation, accommodation, meals and services from a tried and proven group of companies that provide the quality, safety and high value that is characteristic of our tours.

We look forward to assisting each of our clients to insure that their tour, regardless of duration or destination, is an Educational, Fun and Memorable occasion for all participants.

Diversity and Inclusion

Chapman Cultural Tours believes every student should be empowered to explore, learn, and thrive on tour, and we work intentionally to ensure our experiences are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to every participant.

We collaborate closely with teachers, students, and our vendors to understand and accommodate individual accessibility needs. When a student requires support to fully participate, our team responds promptly to identify alternative solutions that ensure a meaningful, engaging, and barrier‑free tour experience.

We are committed to removing obstacles, promoting inclusion, and upholding the standards outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Chapman Cultural Tours is equally dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and every team member feels respected, supported, and empowered. Inclusion is not just a policy — it is a core part of how we work, serve, and grow together.
